Information for those affected by the earthquake in Turkey and Syria

The University of Oslo has students and staff who are affected by what is happening to friends and family hit by the earthquake in Turkey, Syria, and nearby areas. – We want to express our deepest condolences to those afflicted by this enormous tragedy, says Rector Svein St?len.

– We know we have employees and students who are affected, and that they are being followed-up by their respective workplaces and study programs. We will take the initiative for a joint meeting to see how we as a university can assist. We will return with information about the exact time and place, says St?len.

UiO has students in other areas of Turkey that are not affected by the quakes.
