World Mental Health Week
We want to mark our commitment to the World Mental Health Day 2025 with several activities from 6 to 13 October.

Theme 2025: We need to strengthen our mental preparedness
Some crises strike suddenly, such as war and unwanted events, while others develop gradually, such as loneliness creeping into everyday life. We cannot avoid major challenges, and it is important that both individuals and society are well prepared mentally.
From 6–13 October, you will find events and stands at UiO that focus on mental health. The events are for all students, employees and other interested parties.
Meet us at stands around campus or participate in lectures and panel discussions.
