Running for Mental Health

Join the Department of Archaeology, Conservation and History for their weekly interval sessions during World Mental Health Week!

Running is a fantastic way to improve both physical and mental health, and it is even more fun when done with others.

Bring a friend – or take the opportunity to meet other students who share your interest in running. The running group meets weekly, and everyone is welcome, regardless of experience level. The main focus is having fun and supporting each other.

Meeting point: The vestibule of Niels Treschows hus, outside Niels coffee shop.

Time: 09:00–10:00
Activity: Interval training.
