In the aftermath of the disastrous earthquake in Turkey and Syria, UiO is arranging a solidarity event for affected students and staff as well as others who want to show their support.

  • 14.00: Music by students from The Academy Barratt Due
  • 14:05: Greetings from Rector Svein St?len, introducing one minute?s silence
  • 14:10: Representative for the Student Parliament speaks to the students
  • 14.15: Representative for SiO Health provides information about their services
  • 14:20: The University Chaplaincy and the Humanist University Chaplain provide information about their services
  • 14:25: Music by students from The Academy Barratt Due
  • 14:30: Closing remarks by Rector Svein St?len
  • Until 15:00: Refreshments and conversation
